Can't say I've had the same experience as the person below. Never had a problem with the customer service, sometimes it requires a little more research on the internet before you make a purchase. I'd rather have a better understanding of a product before asking questions. Meh, but thats just me. Figured someone should stick up for the company. From my experience poor customer service, they very rarely reply to emails, they take a long time to dispatch orders compared to most other airsoft sites, they dont email you to tell you your order has been dispatched. Not overly pleased to be honest...

I originally bought a MD200 sight for my g36, when i got it the sight was faulty. but i phoned airsoft world up and they told me to return it via post, and within 3 days ( i kid you not!) i received a new one in the post. it's comforting to know that there are some people out there who beleive in the customer comes first and knows what customer satisfaction is.

Bought an AGM Full Metal Stubby M4s (is an outstanding little gun).... Ordered it on Wednesday night.it came on the Friday and skirmished it on the Saturday.......Fantastic. I went for the 039.and as described its full metal.with the usual plastic pistol grip and adjustable crane stock. For its size it feels quite weighty which I like a lot and it gives it a quality feel. Really good value and top quality.many thanks.... Luigi Team Bauer

One the fastest delivery ever ! Ordered beginning of the week, and got it yesterday Thursday ! So I could not wait to test trial the S-Thunder Water-Spraying Mine in the back garden. Easy to use, just follow the instructions ! Walk on it and "Bam ! Pffiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii !" This is going to be the item to have for this summer games ! (if... if we do get a bit a sunshine). Over all, chunky construction, easy to use, extra fun when "used" by the opponent ! Only two smalls drawback, To carry around is not easy (but should you use it instead of carrying it ???) and sparklette consumption. Even writing this, the wet face of your "enemy" should compensate, way beyond the cost of using it. Do takes pictures ! I will !

Great service yet again! KWA M9 (M92) Magazine After confirming that these mags would work in my new PTP I ordered 2 on Wednesday night and they were with me first thing Friday morning. Gassed them up and tested them, no leaks and managed to fire off 2 full mags on a single charge.

Two-Tone W700 Super X9 'SWAT' Airsoft Sniper Rifle. An excellent service from Airsoft World, ordered one day and delivered the next day.the rifle itself is of good quality with scope and bipod.all in all a good buy at a good price.

First off AW service was excellent. I got a D-Boys System Front end kit to replace the RIS on my ICS M4. The delta ring supplied to replace the existing one didn't exactly fit properly thus the barrel ended up being slightly farther forward than it was originally but It's tight and secure so I don't see it being a problem. Didn't take long to fit and is an excellent price considering ICS' own one is close to £150. All in all I'm very pleased with this and look forward to using it next week. Thanks again AW service was impeccable as always :)

airsoft world.net must be the best airsoft retailer because I bought this gun Thursday night and I selected Saturday delivery so I was excited then I got email saying I had to wait 7-10 days so I was pretty mad but then on Saturday it came so I was really happy Thanks Airsoft World. trav

A toy shop and a shambles.basically.

Our Airsoft group purchased a large order from Airsoft World. Took them over a month to two-tone two Jing Gong G36k's. In addition we ordered a single SRC AK47 Beta-Spetznaz- and they sold this to someone while it was waiting to be two-toned. In addition to this- I visited their retail store- and in addition to waiting the best part of 20 minutes to be served, depite someone siting idly behind the desk, I was then told that two items, showing IN STOCK on thier webpage, were infact- totally out of stock. I also had a pseudo-acceptable experience with airsoft world years ago when the VCRA first came into force- I bought a Jing Gong m4- and to their credit they did take it back and "fix it", or not as it turned out. A visit to their retail store did eventually see me leaving with a different item, however we were forced to wait for 20 minutes after thier advertised opening time before we could get into their store. My experience of Airsoft World has thus got to be Poor. One isolated incident would have been acceptable, but a number of incidents of bad organisation and service over a number of years leaves me in serious doubt as to the quality of their shop and organisation.

I get all my ammo and a fair amount of other stuff from these guys. Good prices.good selection and the delivery is incredibly fast.

Ordered some VSR upgrade parts and a copy of AI from them.great speedy delivery.ordered at the weekend arrived couple of days later via courier. That's where the problems started! Copy of AI was fine.Spring was fine.Spring guide was not. My laylax spring guide came in its packet.huge hole in the bottom of the blister packaging.in two parts not together and missing a rather vital washer.

Rang AW spoke to Dex i think it was.he asked the others who turned round and shouted yes its all there. I put down the phone went back to my laptop and pulled up images of said spring guide.all retailers showed another washer that was not in the pack. Rang up again and finally got through to Frenchie.after a bit of banter which could of easily been concluded as insulting customers on the phone (needless to say in the tone of voice it was presented it could of easily been taken the wrong way) He said yep I was missing a part (I said this 5 times in my phone call not 10 mins earlier) They had no more in stock (yet the website showed they had the stock to sell.even a few days later.funny that!!) so he tried to fob me off.at which point I said sort it out or give me a partial refund so I can find the parts.So he sent me two washers out of an L96 Spring guide. Needless to say these were beyond useless and leads me to believe the so called \Techie\ who appears in AI so much does not have the experience with all guns to give accurate advice. Tried to do paypal claim to get some money back but paypal went their way because I had received the items.

Needless to say will not buy parts that come in packaging from them again.In future I will stick to more reliable shops with staff that don't insult their customers or try to make out you know nothing about the gun you have been building for the last 2 years.,2,06/08/2010 14,Decktron,ive ordered twice of these guys in the past due to great prices and only had one minor problem.i bought a JG g36c which was all fine and dandy and but i bought the ks p90 \battleship\ which has this RIS front end on it.which i thought would come assembled but wasn't and had no instructions with it and being a complete n00b i just left the front rail system to collect dust in my draws till i started to realise how it fit together. how ever everything was well packaged (i read about this green policy AW have now and i dont think it applied when i got my p90 because that had more cardboard than ive ever seen in one place in my life) AW also have this free online magazine thats worth a look called recon rag on the sight thats worth a read i guess if you havent already. also delivery was fast.and i mean i ordered on a monday and got it on a wednesday morning after a heavy night on the town.best hang over ever :D im not going to rate the customer service because i never had a reason to call up because i didnt have any complaints :D
