Purchase SRC M4SD, great customer service.
sells very low quality goods that break after a single use then claims "you should of done your research" very poor customer service would recommend avoiding
I was very pleased with the service that i recieved, the order was with me in only two days, when i visited the shop the staff were very friendly and informative and helpfull, i can't fault the service in any way. the prices are allways very compeditive.
made order for two boxes of pellets (25 pounds in total cost) and left delivery instructions- but somehow mysterically order was apparentely registered as "Pick up option" and shop wanted 1 pound for the change to standard delivery (No intention to travel to Croyden to Aberdeen to pick up the order and was charged 2.50 pounds for "restocking charge"). Poor handling of my complaint of their website, and I will not order anything else there. Be aware of this potential devious way of getting an extra pound on your order as most people would not pay the 10% restocking charge for cancelling orders like I did.
