The shop is located in the heart of Hong Kong go-to-place in Mongkok, Kowloon. The Main shop is modestly sized and there many other airsoft shops around it. While i have yet to experienced the on-line delivery service, one of the reason i go back there again and again is the customer service which is both friendly and helpful. Speaking English is fine, but it's always helpful to check out their website and find an image of the things you want to check out before hand, if you can bring in a picture, it will help speed things up, no language complications! Also while for some stock are reported online as "out of Stock" if you ask at the counter, they sometimes do have them! So always ask!
